Exchange Policy

30 days on the base and remote if they stop working.

Don’t use a high-power cell phone brick on the base

Since the lamps are custom-made, we don’t take returns.

We gladly send you a new lamp if:
  • 1. We make a mistake on the name or design.
  • 2. Product arrived damaged. (Let us know within 7 days)
  • 3. Lost on transit. (If tracking shows delivered to your address, the customer will need to file a claim with USPS)
We don’t take returns for the following reasons.
  • 1.-Customer chose the wrong size or information.
  • 2. Personal reasons (Changed mind or personal taste)
  • 3. Arrived late due to USPS
